Hay Buhay.


After 83 days without rice, i'm still overweight.

Dangit!





Here are my weights over the years.

1999. College Graduation............................................112 lbs (Lampayatot!!)
1999. Six months into medical school.........................136 lbs
2003. Medschool graduation.....................................146 lbs
2004. Post Graduate Internship
and Board Review.............................................156 lbs
2005-2008. PGY1-PGY3 residency............................156 lbs
December 2008. PGY 3 Residency............................165 lbs

First time in my life that i'm overweight. And i can't seem to shake it off.




Haaay buhay. Ngayon kelangan ko na gawin ang sinasabi ko sa mga pasyinti ko. Nagsign up ako sa gym. Mahirap ang tumatanda.

83 days! ayos. i-gym at i-gym mo na lang yan. sigurado magiging muscle ang excess weight mo. hehe. :-D

Detailed talaga eh noh.. :) Ayan kasi dapat talaga sinabayan mo yung di pagkain ng rice ng exercise. Practice what you preach ika nga.

Good luck ha. Ako thankful naman kasi first time in my life na-reach ko ang weight na over 100 lbs. :p

hanep! talagang nakatala ang weight! hehe! noong college lang ako nag-gain ng weight. and since then, hindi na bumaba timbang ko..hehe!

Kung overweight ka, ano na ako? LOL! :)

Huwag na kasing magpanggap at tanggapin ang inevitable. See? Parang naging useless ang meals without rice, no? It's like peanut butter without jelly or lukewarm coke without ice. Simply an abomination.

Good luck with that gym thingie. Baka sa susunod nating magkita palito ka na niyan. By the way, I can't believe you kept track of your weight all these years. That's SO anal. Hahaha!

worry not about your weight for it only means there's more to love.

of course, mantra talaga yan ng mga wala nang pagasang pumayat gaya ko.

pambihira. ako rin dati lampayatot pero matapos palaklakin ng combantrin at namatay nang lahat ng bulate sa tiyan aba'y ako'y lumobo na ng todo.

nakakataba pala ang combantrin.

Lene. oo, alam ko timbang ko palagi. ngayon lang ako naging overweight. ang gaan mo naman!!

jho. nagana ba yan no meals after six? yan din ginagawa ng mag asawang kilala ko eh tapos nagwork naman. payat na sila ngayon. ay, nagboboxing din pala sila. o ayun dagdagan mo ng boxing.

glessy. salamat sa pagdaan. daan ka ulet.

lucas. tumatanda ka na hijo. yun lang yun.

totobear. kung overweight ako, ikaw ay....sekseh! may aboabomination ka pang nalalaman. shushal. deep word ha!

abbey. sino ka? ikaw ba yung kilala kong abbey? pano ka napadpad dito?!

atticus. alam ko pogi ako. sabi din yan ng nanay ko. hahahaha! pero kelangan healthy din para artistahin talaga. hahahaah!

utakmunggo. si atticus? mura lang bayad ko dyan. pag pounds ang bayad mo eh mas lalo ka nya pupurihin. dalahs lang bayad ko eh. hahaha!

Haaaay naku po... you're totally missing the point.

It's about the calories that you take which you are not able to burn... regardless whether you eat rice or not.

edebelenmd. HOY DB! tae ka! kala ko naman kung sinong nagmamarunong na nagpopost ng comment sa blog ko! hahaha! di ko nagets agad na ikaw pala yan, tae. malakas ako sa rice so cutting down on rice cuts down my caloric intake, gets? that way, i won't gain more weight. wag nang kumontra. wag...wag...sabi ko wag kumontra!
