Valentine's Day 2010
This year i celebrated Vday with....myself...as usual. hahahaha.
i wanted to try a recipe for roast beef which i tore out of a GQ magazine so i went to walmart to buy ingredients.
i followed the recipe instructions and roasted the slab of beef in the oven at 500F. As usual i succeeded at setting off the smoke detectors again.
But the beef tasted good. I ate a splendid dinner and finished it off with with a glass of cabernet, watched a movie on netflix, and called it a night.
