1) komportable sa iyo ang mga pasyente mo
2) kailangan mong iwan nang mas madalas sa garahe ang kotse mo

basta, whatever you feel about your tummy take action (or none for that matter). in true Bridget Jones fashion, i say to you: I like you...just as you are... (giggles)

beer belly ba yan o sedentary lifestyle belly. kung ano man itawag mo dyan, isa lang mensahe - haaay, got to get rid of the bulge. :-)
