Yung Eksam Ko

Voice Over: "Examinees, you may now begin your first patient encounter"

Read your examinee instruction sheet and enter the room where your patient (standardized actor) is waiting. you have 15 minutes to do a complete history and physical exam, explain things to the patient and answer his questions.

Voice Over: "This patient encounter is over. You must now leave the room."

then you are given 10 minutes to do your patient notes, afterwhich you transfer to the next door and wait for the announcement to begin the next encounter. 12 patients all in all.

as usual, everything is videotaped, and the rooms are equipped with one-way mirrors. (syempre ngumingiti ako sa mirror, baka makuha sila sa ngiti, parang tanga)

bago magsimula yung eksam, tinitignan ko ung mga co-examinees ko..bumbay, bumbay, bumbay, puti, kastila, puti, puti, bumbay...ay, ako pala un, tapos dalwang pinoy pa. tae, lahat naman sila laking amerika. daldal ng mga bumbay. daldal talga. ingay ingay.
